Jewellery Info & Policies
All pieces of my In Blossom jewellery are perfect for everyday wear but please bear in mind that they are still quite delicate. Please refrain from bending pieces back and forth or opening hooped earrings too wide, due to the nature of the wires this will cause them to become misshapen and weak.
My pieces can take a little water but would need to be taken off if in water for extended periods of time for example swimming or showering to avoid discolouring. Avoid spraying perfumes or applying creams or liquids directly onto your jewellery.
Natural stones such as the ones I use can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt and may require cleaning every now and then to keep in perfect condition.
The surface of natural stones and Swarovski pearls in particular can be quite delicate, I would recommend keeping pieces on a soft surface and away from anything that may scratch or mark them.
Gold-filled - Gold-filled comprises a solid layer of gold permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. It is very hard wearing and under normal wear the gold will not peel or flake.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the made to order nature of my pieces I do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be offered under special circumstances on items excluding earrings. If there is a fault with your order, please get in touch via email - email@example.com
Once your order has been completed and is ready to ship it will be carefully packaged and once posted you will receive notification of delivery. Delivery costs are available at checkout.
Please allow up to 5 working days after payment has been received for your order to be made, processed and shipped.
For international orders please note that customs charges will be your responsibility.
